Step 1: Share your client's info with us. Heck, you can even fill out the form on our site. We'll give it a good look and get in touch if we need any more details.

Step 2: We'll reach out to your client, have a friendly chat about their needs, and explain how we can be their property superheroes. We'll make sure they're comfy and in-the-know about what's coming their way. All we ask is that you make sure they are expecting a call from us, Olive & Co. Property Management!

Step 3: Here's where it gets sweet. When your client signs up for a 12-month property management contract with us and we lock in a tenant with a 12-month lease, we'll send you a $250 Referral Bonus within 10 days of the tenant moving in. That's a win-win, right?
